Hole in One winner will receive a cruise vacation worth $5000.

 Information is required to verify that each Hole in One participant is registered with the Hole in One Sponsor- Timely Adventures/ Dream Vacations. Hole in One winner will be required to submit the original (or clear photocopy) of his/her scorecard and the original tournament pairing sheet upon completion of tournament.
